Dahilayan Forest Park

                                                 Dahilayan Forest Park in Bukidnon

Tom's friend, named Raquel , a return missionary invited him to come over to see Bukidnon her hometown. Bukidnon derived from a term "bukid" which means mountain. Bukidnon means a mountainous area, with its high elevation its climate is more cooler than CDO and Iligan City. Many of the people in Bukidnon wore sweater especially in the morning, and in comparison to Utah's temperature..I can say that it's about 75-80 degree..but I happened to have a cold shower and I could say that the water was very cold! Not the usual cold shower that we have in Cebu or in Surigao. I supposed not to come with Tom here in Bukidnon. But because Vicky, Tom's dentist friend was so busy to accompany him..so I went with him instead. I was so thankful to see Bukidnon, CDO and Iligan City and gain friends during this visit.

On our way to Dahilayan Forest Park, we passed by in  Del Monte Pineapple Plantation.

I called this one "hot dog on the stick"

This plant is called "Chinese Lantern" my first to see this kind.

This is the reason why we came to Dahilayan...to try the Asia longest Zip line.

  1. Oh my heck! That looks like so much fun! I am a little surprised that my dad dared to do it since he is afraid of heights! I am glad that you are having a fun time!

  2. I think I am the one who is afraid of heights more than Tom....in this position I open my eyes one at a time until I reached the destination. Tom said, he wanted to see the view but he can't left his neck so he's been looking down until the finish line.
